This was last 24 July to 26 July. After a month of not seeing her, finally, a reunion. I missed her sooo much and I still don’t know how we both do what we do. I am very thankful for having a very supportive family who’s always there to help me when I need it the most. This is the biggest thing that they’ve done for me and will always be thankful.

The first picture is Ana’s ID pic. Messy messy hair, I know.
Second picture was putting her to sleep. Notice the bottle? Yes she still drinks milk in the bottle before going to sleep.
Third picture, we just woke up and I was in a rush to the bus station. She woke up too so she could see me off. We were opting for a wacky look and she achieved it.

Can’t wait to see her again when my midterms are over.

A DAY WITH MY DAUGHTER AT WORK

I brought my daughter to work yesterday because I promised her the night before that if she will behave and stay with grandpa for 2 hours while I teach online, mommy will bring her to work. The next morning she was still asleep when I was preparing for work. Then when I was changing my clothes she woke up and said, “Mommy Ana will go to the office!” OK! She remembered!

If there’s one thing about my daughter, it’s that she remembers promises made to her. I think I trained her by being consistent in giving her “reward” when I ask for a favor from her. And rarely does she throw a tantrum and be really troublesome especially during her “troublesome two’s” year. For example, I promised to buy her orange juice and stick-O if she takes an afternoon nap. She will sleep without any drama involved and when she wakes up, I tell her we’ll be having an afternoon merienda.

So going back, I gave her a bath and started to pack her things for that day.
Big bag for both our things. Check!
Ana’s extra clothes. Check!
Ana’s bottles. Check!
Ana’s milk. Check!
Ana’s jacket. Check!
A light blanket. Check!
Alcohol. Check!
Ana’s pika-pika. Check!
Yogurt. Check!
Yakult. Check!

I had this big bag with me but I had no problems carrying it because I’m used to carrying big and heavy bags anyway. My dad fetched a cab for us and we arrived at the office before lunch time. She sat on the yellow revolving office chair beside my table and ate. Sometimes she would ask to be seated on my lap or on my chair. Then she would run around, play on the couch, ask me to play with her, or ask me if we can buy her spaghetti or donuts. Everything went well.

YEHEY! I finally found my Pink Rimmel Lipstick that I lost almost three months ago. Aside from my pale pink NYX lipstick, this one is a real treasure. Phew. I found it in my luggage from 2 months ago.

I love packing but unpacking is a very different story. I hate it so much that it takes months before I get to fix my things again.

Good thing someone is going to borrow that big luggage of ours tonight so I decided to check my things in there and found the missing Pink Rimmel Lipstick. mwehehehe. So fine, I learned my lesson. Next time, I won’t put my lipstick there and instead keep it in my clutch bag.

UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2010

I got my reserved tickets this afternoon. I’m so excited to watch tomorrows 2010 Cheerdance Competition because I am soooo proud of my school, the University of the Philippines, for always bagging an award in this prestigious event! With the 0-14 score from the UP Basketball Team, I expect the Pep Squad to be top 1 tomorrow.

Go UP!

*PS: Wear white tomorrow. I still have to figure out if I have a white shirt.
